Process of Founding a Free Zone Company
Free Zone Company Formation in Three Steps. Essentially the formation of a free zone company is, in comparison with an offshore company formation,somewhat more extensive and time intensive. In order to give you an overview of the process for founding a free zone company, we have summarised it in a shortened form into three phases*
1st phase: Offer for formation and issuing a request
Step 1: First read up on the free zone of your choice. The menu tabs "Free Trade Zone Ras Al Khaimah“,"Free Trade Zone Ajman“ and "Free Trade Zone Locations in Comparison“ will inform you of everything you need to know from A-Z.
Step 2: Please now send us an informal request via email or use the designed online form. Of course we are also available by telephone or in person. In this case we will first of all require a description of the corporate purpose.
Step 3: You will receive from us, based upon your supplied information, an individualised proposal together with a comprehensive offer.
Step 4: If you agree to the offered conditions, an informal notice which contains the request to found a company in the chosen free zone will suffice.
We are at your service at every step.
Time required: approx. 2 working days
For the formation Privacy Management Group will now require from you:
- A copy of your passport, ID or personal identification
- A copy of a utility bill with your current address
A utility bill can be an electricity bill, telephone bill or mobile phone bill as well as a water bill.
Once your request has been received you will receive an invoice via email. We offer the following payment options:VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Western Union and bank transfer.
2nd Phase: Company formation in the free zone
Upon receipt of your payment Privacy Management Group will prepare the formation of your free zone company.In the course of these preparations we may require some further information.You will of course be informed and receive, if required, continuing assistance and advice from our office in the United Arab Emirates.
As soon as these preparations have been completed by Privacy Management Group, the company formation is complete.
Time required: approx. 7-10 working days
3rd phase: The account opening,business premises and (if required) application for a U.A.E. investor visa.
After the formation of your free zone company there follows the leasing and set-up of the required business premises (in Ajman already included in the formation costs). In addition, we will also support you in your application for an investor visa if required. With Privacy Management Group you will also then receive a ISO 9001:2008 certified banking service which guarantees a bank account either inside or outside of the United Arab Emirates. As a shareholder you may also apply for an "investor visa“ which gives you the option to move your place of residence to the U.A.E.
Free zone companies are recognised without limits internationally.
The free zone company formation in Ajman offers you a high level of flexibility. The fees for the various service packages also include, as well as the formation of your free zone company, one year’s rental of an office premises in the U.A.E, documentation for the relevant authorities in the free zone.
Notice: Free zone companies are internationally recognised as regular companies. Applications for investor’s visas may be made for more than two shareholders.
